Belmont County Animal Rescue League is the oldest animal welfare nonprofit and only registered humane society serving Belmont County.
It takes a village to save our animals. No matter what you have to give, we're always looking for individuals and organizations that want to help.
We are not primarily an animal shelter, but we do provide a safe place for our rescued animals to recover before finding them a home that will give them the love and support they deserve.
No matter who you are, we have a program for you. If you don't see it here, give us suggestions. We're always open to ideas.
