BCARL offers various programs in addition to providing humane operations in Belmont County.

Spay Neuter Clinics are scheduled throughout the year and offer low cost options for spay and neuter services in addition to vaccinations, dentals and other surgeries.
Spay Neuter Assistance Program provides additional assistance for those in need living in Belmont County.
BCARL Cares is a new program which provides assistance in emergent life threatening situations with people and their pets. Talk to your veterinarian about BCARL Cares.
Feral Cat TNR offers assistance to thos caregivers who are providing food, water and shelter to feral cats in their community. This program helps get these cats spayed and neutered to help control the population.
